Starting to feel happy about this ,nearly there , just in time for Xmas.

Started on my paintings i have several i started in the summer and must finish them in order to start new ideas , this is for a friend . Its ab oil painting ,sometimes i think leaving a painting sitting for a while half done is a good thing .

Made this i suppose it has been done in a Surreal way random images with some meaning but fairly vague , but i have been thinking i do rather like doing portraits , i used just Oil Bars with this ,making up the ellements seperately then sticking them on Canvas it is the portrait ellement that i would like to proceed with bit like Lucian Freud , i like the painty style he has not sure if thats best explanation.
But definately i would probably use Oil Paints do do this if i can crack it might start getting some work

Was in search of a metaphor , and eventually found one and created this interesting manifestation of my creative juices

My finished Piece

Had a small exhibition today, was a rushed one only had couple days to sort it out

My piece is a Mini with a Roof Rack, with a Nuclear Warhead on it ,and a Lucinda hanging on to the weapon, my facial expression is one of indifference, and i am being fed nonsense from the media machine on the left, i was inspired by a passing comment of one of my fellow students who said you are all being fed by the media .So i dexcided to demonstrate exactly how we are fed and that is it.

Almost finished just needs sticking down and final decision on background is it white or not

Just glued it in place ,think its finished dont want to overcompluicate it ,although i have thought of additional features.
